不确定是否于UDP的http3有关

以下三个域名已经设置为强制走代理了，也是无效
anthropic.com
claude.ai
intercom.io

还有在，ssr-rules的gfw条件中加了以下行也是无效
$ipt -A SS_SPEC_TPROXY -p udp $PROXY_PORTS -m set --match-set whitelist dst -j TPROXY --on-port "$LOCAL_PORT" --tproxy-mark 0x01/0x01
