Add delay time after buying supply (10min)

After buying a supply, the bar don't fill immediately, there's a delay for the supplies to arrive in the bunker, I think is 10min, could this be useful to add in the manager?

I would add this, but the delay is inconsistent (the supplies only arrive in free roam when you get the confirmation text). So to keep it accurate, the user needs to click the supplies button when they get the text confirming they have arrived.
