Accessing the church directory, and in the future, maybe other parts of the app, requires users to sign in with their phone number in order to prove who they are. (Full details on this process are in #61.)
We want the process to be super easy and un-intimidating, so there will be a series of screens guiding users through. I’d like some mockups for these screens since they’re primarily a UX feature. I sketched rough outlines of them. Copy and layout are just suggestions.
So far, the app hasn’t really established a strong design language—the mockups shouldn’t look drastically different from what’s already in the app, but feel free to bring some creative direction to the UI elements. For sans serif typefaces, stick with Myriad Pro, but I wouldn’t be opposed to bringing a slab serif in if it looks good in context. (Keep licensing in mind, though.)
