Move Jupyter Extension Installation Instructions

The installation instructions for the Jupyter extension currently on lives in the README of that repo here:
https://github.com/fugue-project/fugue-jupyter

We need to move this to the actual tutorials page so that users aren't reading a README. We can also use the opportunity to add pictures.
