Automatic Reminder Email

~48h before departure a mail should be sent out automatically containing all the latest information, including:

• Exact departure Time and Location.
• Copy of "Packliste"
• Reminder "Wir warten auf niemanden!"
• etc.

Be careful with this, it may result in sending outdated information from last year... I would argue against this feature.

what should be outdated there? the time & date needs to be updated each year anyway

It's not just time and date. E.g. this year we mentioned the Bombenentschärfung in the email, I hope we don't have another one next year. Between setting up the app and the actual weekend we may change the departure time for some reason and forget to change it here. We might spontaneously add another item to the Packliste. Etc.

It'll probably be all good in the majority of cases, but I see the potential for trouble if a text is sent automatically that is not proof-read by a human right before sending it.

Also, sending that one email isn't that much work so that it desperately needs to be automated, is it?
