Scheduler Issues

Here's a description of my current issues with the scheduler:

Lights Settings:
Light ON: 17:00 /// Light OFF: 11:00
10 Minutes before Light ON: Everything looks fine. Countdown to 0
1 Minute before Light ON: Everything looks good. Count down hits 0 at 17:00 and nothing happens. Wait 2 minutes and now it says 2 minutes until Light ON.
Manually turn on lights. Everything turns on fine.

MISC Light settings: Relay Type: Active High
PIN: 14

Note: As mentioned in another thread - my timer at the top is off as well. It says 7 hours when it should say 16 until light off (still on Manual ON).

Fan Settings:
Max Temp: 28 c
Max Humidity: 70
Run for 5 mins.

Humidity hits 71 - Nothing turns on. Manual works fine.

I've tried to reboot the pi and that did not work.

MISC Fan settings: Relay Type: Active High
PIN: 15

Equipment:

• Raspberry Pi 3 B+
• SainSmart 4-Channel Relay Module
