我之前没搜有没有人这么干，重复造轮子了，我也把PaddleOCR转换成torch版本了。。
本项目源于 PaddleOCR, 出于学习的目的改成了 Torch 实现的版本， 命名为 ToddleOCR，有三层意思：

  1. 结合了 Torch 和 Paddle，所以叫 Toddle
  2. Toddle 的英文是蹒跚学步的意思，也意味着这只是一个学习的项目
  3. Toddle 的中文名音译为 “拓牍”，意思是从竹片上拓印文字，引申为从图片上读取文字

当时没考虑那么多,转换脚本写的稀烂，转完模型就删了
