Clarification on Interpreting Multiple Files Specification for Headers

I’m working with the updated specification regarding handling multiple files where path is specified as an array in a Data Package.

Could someone clarify the expectation for how headers should be handled in this context?

Specifically, if there are multiple files in the array, is it expected that the headers are repeated in each file, or should they only appear in the first file? Any insights into the recommended approach would be greatly appreciated.
