When running the release pipeline (https://github.com/freiheit-com/kuberpult/actions/runs/9870589382/job/27256662619)
and there is only a "chore" PR, then the release pipeline fails.

Workaround:
Avoid "chore" PRs, instead use "fix" or "feat".
