When first logging into Helpdesk portal, it prompts for onboarding.
Following issues were detected:
I opted to disable email workflow. But in the next step, it asked for email signup anyway. (May be it disabled the work flow only but required email integration.) - Might not be a bug.
I completed email integration and then clicked finish. The page refreshed and took me back to /helpdesk/onboarding and all steps started again. I had to remove /onboarding from url manually to get access to helpdesk portal.
