Information about bug

I have setup custom business email in frappe from desk, that email setting not showing helpdesk portal

this because of there is no option to add custom business emails

Frappe Framework: v15.39.0 (version-15)
Helpdesk: v0.10.0 (develop)

What you have created is Email Domain, you need to setup an Email Account

I have created Email Domain mail.domain.in

and with that domain I created email account
[email protected]
