We would like to request the addition of a feature in the App that allows for persistent customization of the list view columns across all sessions and browsers. Currently, the UI provides an option to remove columns from the list view, but this change is only effective within the same browser session. Once the user switches to a different browser or uses incognito mode, the columns revert to their default state.
Proposed Solution:
Introduce a settings feature where administrators or users can define which columns should be visible in the list view.
These settings should be saved at the user or system level and should persist across all browsers, sessions, and devices.
Example: If a user removes the "Contact" column from the list view, this preference should be remembered and applied even when the user logs in from a different browser or in incognito mode.
Current Behavior:
Users can remove columns in the list view, but the customization is only effective within the same browser session.
Upon logging in from another browser or in incognito mode, the default columns, including the ones previously removed, reappear.
Benefits:
Improved user experience by allowing users to maintain their preferred list view settings consistently.
Enhanced customization that applies universally, reducing the need for repetitive adjustments.
We believe this feature would greatly benefit users who frequently switch between different browsers or devices and prefer a consistent interface. Thank you for considering this request.
