Hello Professor, why does the result show an empty graph?

abundance.stats：ID format: A1.bin.10.s (with the sample name prefix A1.)
GTDBTk.stats ：ID format: .bin.1.s (missing the sample name prefix, with only a leading dot .)

But I don't know how to modify this code, will you give me some guidance？ how to revised the Snakefile codes？

Hey Zhang, sorry for the late response! The issue is that your taxonomy file mag IDs do not match your abundance file mag IDs.
If these do not match then this line of code fails to merge the two files:

metaGEM/workflow/scripts/compositionVis.R

Line 11 in 8609ad6

taxab = left_join(taxonomy,abundance,by="user_genome")

To fix this you need to make the IDs match by adding the sample info the mag IDs.
