It seems that we need to port Charts and Charts Google module to D8. We need to decide the best way to do it.

• Port Charts and Charts Google modules: I found an initial port to D8 but is an old module. [1]
• Create a new D8 module with the functionality we need and merge Charts and Charts Google modules into a new one.

Let's start by removing those dependencies, maybe we can convert it to be soft dependencies "if (module_exists('chart')) {}" or making it more like plugins that if the module is present, the widgets became available.

We need to investigate this more.
