Module cannot be enabled due to libraries dependencies.

I tried to enable the module using drush and we have problems with its dependencies.
release history available for code_coverage 8.x. [error]
No release history was found for the requested project (charts_google). [error]

Module smartest cannot be enabled because it depends on the following modules which could not be found: code_coverage,charts_google,charts

Modules

• Chart: I found an initial port to D8 in [1]. It's a bit old (2014) but could be a good start.
  Another option could be use another chart library and start a new module to use chart. I think that option could be good because right now, Smartest D7 needs to charts modules and we could unify in one module
• Code Coverage: No alternative options found. We need to port the module to D8.

Now the module can be enabled, thanks to the PR #16

This doesn't mean anything at all, just that it can be enabled. The module doesn't work. Probably because of errors on the routing.yml or in SmartestResultForm, due to a placeholder on a path.

When going to the homepage, after enabling the module, there is an error, that appears on the watchdog log.
