Back-to-bottom button still visible when we reach the bottom

Current behavior:
Back-to-bottom is visible even when we reach the bottom of the chat.

Expected behavior:
The button should hide when the last message appears on the screen.

Steps to reproduce:
Start any chat that scrolls up and click back-to-bottom button
