WARNING: This is an issue for the new version v3 of the eventyay backend API, make sure you are working with the dev-v3 branch, and that your PRs target that specific branch.
Create an event mailing form that allows the user to send emails to attendees depending on their role in the event.
This issue only has to save the emails in a model. Another issue will take care of actually sending them.
