Landing Page

We should make a landing page for the forte-music organization. It is targeted towards end users, but should have a link to github and developer documentation.

Goals

It should answer the following questions:

• What is forte?
• What problems does it solve? What are the goals of the project?
• What are we working on? What's the roadmap of the project? (Roadmap #21)

This landing page will have links to the user documentation (#22) and developer documentation when we have it later.

The call to action will be a sign up to an updates mailin list so we can gauge demand.
