[Feature request] Possibility to define a custom beginning of the day and a custom beginning of the solar year.

Examples for setting the beginning of the day: instaed of using 12 pm as beginning of the day, using always the sunrise, so always automatic a different time.
Or using noon.

Examples for setting the beginning of the solar year:
Instead of using the 1.1. using the begin of spring (about 20.3) or summer, or some cross quarter day if you like.
