Delay option

Hi,

I just want to suggest adding the delay option, so we can play animation after certain amount of time. This would be especially useful if the animated element is located outside the focus and becomes visible only after the scrolling animation. That way, the appearing animation would look much more better than when both scroll and appearing animations played simultaneously.
