Updating via Installer Simbridge "Don't Show Again"

Describe the bug

When updating, pop up window showing the Simbridge dependency, if you click "do not show again", and select not to install Simbridge, it will pop up again on the next update and isn't suppressed by the selection.

Expected behavior

By clicking "do not show again", the pop up should not display on update.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open installer, click update
2. Select button to "Do Not Show Again".
3. Select not to install Simbridge.
4. Wait for update to finish, close the installer.
5. Wait for next update, go to 1 above.
