Sudden thrust spike and speed bust on initial approach

Describe the bug

A sudden speed and thrust spike appears as plane is on profile, but slowly creeping to underspeed. In this case some thrust addition is expected, but the thrust comes violently and results in aircraft accelerating from 230 kts (suitable speed at that point) to nearly 280 kts. Overflying the DECEL point in the process, it's clear that this close to FAF there can be no such violent thrust increases even if the speed is slightly below profile optimum. Problem can be observed in attached video.

Expected behavior

A correction to allow for thrust increase to get back to profile bracket speed is okay, but the thrust must be controlled and overall less in magnitude.

Steps to reproduce

Dest airfield EFOU, ILS Z rwy 12, SUVIB 5C arrival and direct TEGBO (IAF for the ILSZ 12). During this arrival, if the speed goes a bit under on profile, this happened.
