Describe the bug

When you put 2300' in the FCU ALT window, ie use 100ft mode in the ALT selector. Then reset it back to 1000' mode, the ALT value itself changes to 2000'. It should not change the ALT value even when the mode is returned back to 1000'.

Expected behavior

Correct operation would be that the ALT value was retained at 2300' where it was set, and the 100/1000 selector change alone would not affect the ALT value. After changing back to 1000' mode, then subsequent clicks of ALT selector value would bring it down to 2000' or up to 3000', depending on direction.

Steps to reproduce

Use the ALT FCU selector and mode value
