Describe the bug

When clearing a fix preceding a CA, or I guess any To Altitude type legs, the flightplan becomes corrupted with shifted waypoints, and an internal error when trying to clear the altitude fix

Expected behavior

Clearing a fix before a CA type leg should also clear the altitude fix.

Steps to reproduce

LPMA 23 LAPPA1W SID
image

clear DER23
image

insert another point on the 4000 line, to create a discontinuity between the point and 4000

all point have teleported one leg ahead of where they should be now

clear DISC before 4000

internal error
