Can not put speed and altitude into FMS

Describe the bug

Can not put any speed altitude into FMS, only got SPD/ALT CSTR NOT ALLOWED AT ___. Only waypoints about SID and STAR can putting in.

Expected behavior

Can not put those things anymore

White putting the altitude (e.g. BAKER/FL200), can not putting in
