Helm overwrite values

Hello there,

I recently started to play around with Flux and not sure how to poroperly use inline values.

Helm values are being recognized if I would use it that way

  values:
    image:
      tag: "latest"
      pullPolicy: Always

but if I would just use an ordinary key value pair it's somehow not working:

  values:
    domain: "https://foo.bar"

Any idea what I am doing wrong?

Probably domain is not something that the chart supports maybe it's under ingress, to verify your values use locally helm template and pass the HelmRelease values to it.

No, domain is a variable which can be definied directly at the "root" level of the chart.

It also works for me if I use the regulard helm install/upgrade command with the original value.yml + my personal value-custom.yml which overwrites the original values so it suits my needs.

Is there any possiblity to see which custom values Flux recognizes and uses or if it throws any errors?

Okay I found the problems via flux get helmreleases -A
Some yaml values did not match the way I have entered them
