【request】make a release of new version on gradle plugin repository

Hi，@yohom .
I tried to follow the quickstart in readme, but gradle failed with a "missing an input or output annotation" exception.
It seems version 0.6.0 is not compatible with gradle 7.x and I have to compile from the source code for myself.
I found version 0.9.1 is already released on github and you had add those annotation on this version.
For the sake of user friendliness,could you make a release of the new version and also update the readme docs for the corresponding changes.
