Wrong pycorr in setup.cfg #24

Apparently there are two repos called pycorr:

https://github.com/MavericksDS/pycorr/tree/master
https://py2pcf.readthedocs.io/en/latest/user/building.html
The one we want is the latter, but pip install pycorr installs the former.
