Request: A section for meta-learning papers

I'm a noob on meta-learning, and would like to read some papers on the topic. @floodsung , would be awesome if you could suggest some! Thanks.

Only later did I see this was in a separate repo by the same author over here - https://github.com/floodsung/Meta-Learning-Papers
There are a lot of papers though and the list doesn't have the same notation of stars and summaries given in this repo.

Would appreciate if someone took the effort of listing the most seminal and/or accessible papers from meta-learning in this repo. Hence not closing the issue.
