Specify fronts and rears lifecycle #139
Description
As rears can be attached at the runtime it is not defined, what elements they would receive. All elements from startup or some of them.
On the replay, they should receive at least the same elements as before.
Probably we need to store rear attachment time in the ZK.
Moreover, we can detach edges at the runtime.
