  Encourage the library authors to publish an Ivy distribution.

Is it possible to have a PR merged here or the only way is to fork that project?

Hello,
Unfortunately I don't maintain this project anymore as stated in the README for quite some time. I would encourage you to migrate to a better maintained library such as https://github.com/danrevah/ngx-pipes. If that's not possible, you're always free to fork this project as some have already done in the past.
Sorry for the hassle. I will move the repository in "archive" mode to make it clearer to everyone.
