[Feature] Add Recharge subscriptions to holistic model

Describe the Feature

Recharge is one of the leading Shopify apps for ecommerce companies to use to manage their subscription program. The Recharge api provides essential data (that Fivetran supports) about subscriptions and subscribers. This subscription data is not available in Shopify but can be modeled together with Shopify to paint a complete profile of a customer that purchases across both systems.

As an analyst at an ecommerce company I would like to query an integrated view of subscriptions and shopify orders that provides metrics like Monthly Recurring Revenue, Churn Rate, Cohort Retention, Dollar Retention, etc...

Additionally, it would be useful to have subscription summaries for customers in the shopify_holistic_reporting__customer_enhanced table.

This would require a 'source' package first that conforms to other Fivetran packages

Hi @MisterClean I think adding in Recharge payments is a great idea as well!

You are correct that the first step here would be to add a Recharge dbt package that conforms to our modeling principles before rolling into this package. We are actually in the process of planning for our Q2 commitments and there have been a few other customers that have shown interest in Recharge.

Would you be able to complete our feedback form and add the request for Recharge. This way we can factor this in as additional interest into the package as we go about our Q2 planning.

@fivetran-joemarkiewicz Sweet, glad this was on your radar already! I filled that survey out a while back, and (IIRC) I mentioned Recharge there too.
