What about supporting newer Elixir?

I think it is time for a 1.1 tag and update Elixir version to at least 1.4 or 1.5 and killing the warnings. If it is ok, I can start working on a PR. Seeing that Erlang 22 is around the corner. Existing users won't have problems since they use 1.0 I think.
