Doc: Pointer to FireMarshal equivelent outside of FireSim

Thanks for all the effort put in to this tooling.

If I understand the docs correctly, FireMarshal should/can only be used with FireSim.

It would be great to have the documentation direct a user to any tool/project that provides the same functionality as FM, but outside of a simulation. Specifically, launching linux or elf files on one of the chpyard soft-chips running directly on an AWS F1 instance.

Or, if such a project does not exist, a comment to that effect.

Hi,

While FireMarshal was primarily intended to help generate workload images for FireSim in a reproducible manner, it isn't limited to that.

We have support for Chipyard boards (see https://github.com/firesim/FireMarshal/tree/master/boards/chipyard). While I don't see why it wouldn't be possible, I don't have experience with using it to build Linux images for an FPGA prototyped Chipyard SoC. Maybe @jerryz123 might have more to say.
