Add Community Translations for Readme

It would be great to get some community supplied translations of the readme file for various languages.

Great thanks! I've started looking into some localization/translation tools. I'll update this ticket once I have something figured out.

It uses Sphinx: http://sphinx-doc.org, so make sure you don't remove the formatting parts. Cheers.

But dont use them now.
b/c its not Grammar corrected and stuff but i will start tomorrow to
translate it.

Thanks. Make sure to keep the quotes and underscores and other symbols. These are used by Sphinx.

e.g. `This is a link`_

It looks like there are other alternatives to this website so if it's not good, I think we could switch. http://crowdin.net
