icon request: cmd folder

The /cmd folder is in golang project structures very common for main applications for the project. (Reference link)

Would be really cool if we could get an icon for this one :)

👋 Hey @Tobias-Pe, sorry for the lack of response. I do plan on getting around to this (eventually…), but it'll need to wait until I've finished a messy migration that's staged locally (and one that I've not touched in well over a year, hence my procrastination 😰).

Reopening this for the time being so I won't forget to add this icon later.
