Research on GitHub integration with Telegram Bot

We need to integrate some bot into our Dev-chat. It must send messages about pull request changes (when somebody approved PR, request changes, write comment, etc.)

The task is to find some bots, that already has such abilities (not necessarily this bots must be deployed, code on github also can be proposed). Bots must be written on Python
