功能描述

  1. 根据用户ID屏蔽UP主, 因为用户可以改名, 一旦改名屏蔽将失效
  2. 评论和视频屏蔽可以公用一个屏蔽列表

最初开发屏蔽 UP 主时用的就是 uid 屏蔽，后来发现 综合热门 和 每周必看 这两个页面 html 内容不含 uid 只有用户名，被迫换成按用户名屏蔽。

虽然改名就失效，但黑名单可读性提高了，整体上不亏。现在 UP 主不会轻易改昵称，遇到改名情况就再右键屏蔽一下

合并关键词列表对的影响太大了，在包含正则的情况下更无法预测，保持分离管理吧
