`current-theme` does not use the correct icons for solution folders or projects #262

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Set your icons to use your current theme: "vssolution.solutionExplorerIcons": "current-theme",
Reload the window or restart VS Code
See that the icons for solution folders and projects are not using the current theme

Expected behavior
All of the icons should use the current theme's icons for those file types.
