This commit adds missing interfaces from the 2023-10-18 and 2023-11-10 snapshots of WASI supported. I mostly just forgot to add these in and while they seemingly haven't turned up any issues so far it seems best to add these in regardless as the relevant `world`s still list them as being supported.
