Missing database

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install software
2. Go to website

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Running website, instead I get errors:
ERROR: MySQL; Table '<tablename>.vars_text' doesn't exist

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v04 on linux server

Please provide any additional information below.
Add database creation script, e.g. via database structure dump in 
phpMyAdmin.

Yeah, we intend to do this at some point.  I can do a database dump, but I 
doubt you
want all my data for it :P

Is there any way to get a database dump? I know its been awhile but this might 
be the only open source product "configurator" out there, even though its 
impossible to test.

Yes, I see no open source configurators, not even an extension for Joomla. 
Other companies are charging stupid amounts of money for this type of software 
and my small client cannot afford $25,000
