Stop deploying the docs of the 2.0-dev branch

Since v2.0 will include a lot of documentation work, I modified our Actions to deploy the docs for the 2.0-dev branch to a dev2.0 folder on gh-pages. This modification needs to be removed before merging the 2.0-dev branch into main.
