It would be good to have a kubernetes helm chart for easy deployment inside Kubernetes.

Fanout (the company that makes Pushpin) now offers a Helm chart as part of a commercial distribution:
https://blog.fanout.io/2021/04/27/cloud-native-platform-for-push-apis/

We could potentially make a Helm chart of Pushpin by itself, but I'm not sure how useful that would be without the other pieces. Open to ideas.
