pip install fails because of scentencepiece.

When I try running inside a venv pip install fastbook it fails when it tries to compile the scentencepiece wheel.

It seems they don't package a wheel for python 3.13 so it reverts to trying to build it itself.

It seems to be a known issue related to scentencepiece's lack of maintenance?
