<h2>O que são gráficos de controle</h2>
<p>Gráfico de linha que mostra uma medida (eixo y) ao longo do tempo (eixo x). A linha central do gráfico representa a média ponderada e as duas linhas superiores e inferiores representam os limites de controle estatístico.</p>
<p>O que fica dentro dessas linhas chamamos de variação de causa comum inerente ao processo, o que está fora chamamos de causas especiais.</p>
<p>Walther A. Shewhart descreveu dois tipos de variação. As de causas comuns e variação de causas especiais.</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Causas comuns</strong> - Estão presente no sistema, variação aleatória (e.g. tempo médio para fazer meu arroz no dia a dia)</li>
<li><strong>Causas especiais</strong> - Não estão presentes no sistema, sinal não aleatório(e.g tempo pra fazer meu arroz no dia que acabou a energia por 40 minutos)</li>
