When generating the AI content, loading state should appear like in Notion #77

Currently, it says Generating while loading the content. We can change it one of the following based on whatever is the easiest:

  1. Similar to Notion, where it says AI is writing ... Will be the ideal choice as it will be consistent with the rest of the AI options design inspired by Notion.
  2. Similar to Loading state of Chat section in Tagore

if 1. is trickier to implement, lets implement no. 2
