  • depot: getting from intial part of route_long_name in routes.txt. ex: CNT_6_2C_DOWN -> CNT

Made first cut. Deploying on my own server for now for evaluation.

The reports script will run every 30 mins. Meaning: At home page, the stats will update half an hour after you have made changes. Route-level info will be instantly updated though.

Newly imported data is under proper depot (CNT). All pre-existing data in under OLD_[depot]. Both new and old data will co-exist for now. I'll recommend to check out depo by depo, then delete off older routes. Stop locations are in there, so don't remove that yet.
