Use Tailwind CSS for the themes

As the title suggests, I wanted to check if we could use Tailwind CSS for our themes instead of vanilla CSS. I remember we started the themes with Tailwind CSS and had an issue with using it in combination with ThemeUI.

@fyrepenguin could you please add to the discussion on the issues you ran into and if it is even a good idea to explore using Tailwind going forward.
