Release 0.6.0 version

Current library version 0.5.0 was released more than 3 years ago. As of today the main branch is ahead of 0.5.0 release by 25 commits (including important crash and OOM fixes). It'd be good to have a new version with those fixes released.

While we're waiting for the official release from project maintainers, I've published 0.6 alpha build under the following coordinates:

dev.volo.shimmer:shimmer:0.6.0-alpha01

The build is based on the following fork: https://github.com/volo-droid/shimmer-android, it contains the latest changes from the main branch plus has the changes from #134.
