Remove mac instructions

Summary: MacOS is no longer supported as of 3 years ago. This PR removes instructions for mac, and it also removes all of the instructions in the mac page. All macs for the past few years have been Apple silicon so it probably makes sense to remove instructions that only work on intel based chips.
